What gets deleted
When the request is approved, we delete your account and the associated personal information: profile, contact details, published listings, favorites, saved searches and messages. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Accounts with an active paid plan
If you have an active paid plan when you request deletion, you can choose to: (a) delete your account immediately, in which case the remaining plan time is not refunded, per the Terms and Conditions of Use; or (b) keep your account until the plan term ends, after which deletion happens automatically. If you only have listings on the free plan, deletion happens immediately. In all cases, we keep billing records for as long as required by tax and accounting rules.
Timeframe
We handle the request within 30 days, or within the time required by applicable law. We confirm by email when the process is complete.
