Privacy Policy

At Fullcarro we protect the personal information of those who use the Platform. This Policy explains what data we process, for what purpose, and what rights you have, including under applicable U.S. state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

1. Who we are

FULLCARRO S.A.S., a Colombian company with Tax ID (NIT) 902.098.477-2 and registered office in Cajicá (Cundinamarca), Republic of Colombia, is responsible for the processing described here. 2. Information we collect

  • Information you provide: name, email, phone or mobile number, and the information you include in your profile, your listings (vehicle data, location, photos) and the messages you send other Users.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, searches, favorites and activity within the Platform, through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Third-party information: information from payment gateways when a User buys a plan. Fullcarro does not store full card data.

3. How we use the information

  • Create and manage the User's account.
  • Enable listings and the operation of the marketplace.
  • Connect buyers and sellers and facilitate contact between them (for example, showing the Seller a lead's contact info, and vice versa).
  • Send notifications about account activity, messages, leads and saved-search alerts.
  • Contact the User by email, SMS and/or WhatsApp when authorized.
  • Handle inquiries in our support channels (including WhatsApp), which may rely on artificial-intelligence tools supervised by our team.
  • Prevent fraud and protect the security of the Platform and Users.
  • Improve the service and produce statistics.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to authorities.

4. We do not sell your personal information

Fullcarro does not sell or rent personal information, and does not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws.

5. Who we share information with

  • Service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, WhatsApp messaging, payment gateway, analytics), which process the data only under our instructions. Our main processors are:
    • Hostinger International Ltd. — server hosting (United States).
    • Cloudflare, Inc. — security and content delivery network (global).
    • Meta Platforms, Inc. — messaging through the WhatsApp Business API (United States).
    • Google LLC — usage analytics through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (United States).
    • Anthropic, PBC — artificial-intelligence assistance in our support channels (processes message text to help answer it) (United States).
    • dLocal Go — payment processing (depending on the country of operation).
  • Other Users, only the contact information needed so buyer and seller can negotiate directly.
  • Authorities, when required by law.

When a public authority requests information or personal data, Fullcarro: (i) verifies that the request is lawful and comes from a competent authority; (ii) discloses only the minimum information necessary; (iii) documents the request and the response given; and (iv) may challenge requests it considers unlawful or disproportionate.

6. Cookies

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to function, remember preferences, measure use and improve the experience. We use Google Analytics for usage measurement. You can configure your browser to limit cookies, although some features may be affected.

7. Data retention

We keep data while the User maintains their account and for the additional time needed to meet legal obligations, handle claims or defend Fullcarro. It is then deleted or anonymized.

8. Security

Fullcarro applies reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect the data. No system is entirely infallible; the User is also responsible for safeguarding their credentials.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to: know and access the personal information we hold about you; request its correction or deletion; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it); and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

10. Children

The Platform is not directed to minors. Fullcarro does not knowingly collect their data; if detected, it will be deleted.

11. Changes

This Policy may be updated. Changes take effect upon posting on the Platform.
