Identification and contact data (name, email, phone or mobile number), listing and vehicle data, and browsing and usage data on the Platform.

2. Purposes

Those described in the Privacy Policy, in particular: managing the account, operating the marketplace, connecting buyers and sellers, sending notifications and alerts, and —when you authorize it— contacting you by email, SMS and/or WhatsApp.

3. Sensitive data and minors

As a general rule, Fullcarro does not request sensitive data. If it ever needs to, providing it is optional and specific consent will be requested. You are not required to authorize the processing of sensitive data or data of minors.

4. Optional nature

You may decline to give this consent; however, certain data is necessary to create the account and use the Platform, so without it we cannot provide the service.

5. Your rights

To know, access, correct and delete your information, and to withdraw this consent at any time, as set out in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

6. How to exercise your rights or withdraw consent

By emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal or deletion will be carried out where there is no legal or contractual duty to retain the data.

This consent remains in effect while the relationship between you and Fullcarro exists and while it is necessary for the purposes described, or until you withdraw it.
